The Washington Center supports and has helped establish several learning community networks. Regional networks help campuses new to learning communities connect with faculty and staff working in established programs. These networks also offer opportunities to share new approaches and ideas with other experienced practitioners.

Some regional consortiums host curriculum planning retreats and conferences, providing low-cost options for networking and professional development.
